  with land acquisition requirements. Coordinated with the design team to develop the

  Master Plan, ensuring compliance with current City Land Development Regulations.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Conducted negotiations with City Officials to secure approvals

  for the Master Plan. Organized and facilitated public meetings to inform and engage the

  community in the development plan, crucial for obtaining necessary approvals.
